To register with LUM CARE you will typically need:
• A recent, up-to-date CV
• Valid right to work in the UK (passport, BRP, or share code)
• Proof of professional qualifications (care certificates, nursing degree, NVQ, etc.)
• NMC PIN evidence if you are a registered nurse or midwife
• Vaccination history where required by the placement
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply — we can guide you)
• A recent passport-style photograph
• National Insurance number and bank details for PAYE payroll
