Lead care delivery on allocated shifts across a dedicated unit
Complete medication administration (MAR charts) and daily care records
Supervise and mentor HCAs and new starters
Liaise with families, GPs, and multi-disciplinary teams

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working toward)
