Complex Care Support Worker

Role summary

Deliver complex care to an adult client with a spinal cord injury in their own home in Northfield. Full clinical training and competency sign-off provided — care experience welcome, complex-care training given.

Key responsibilities

• Support tracheostomy, ventilation, and bowel/bladder care (full training given)
• Assist with moving & handling using ceiling-track hoists
• Support the client to access work, study, and the community
• Keep detailed, accurate clinical records
