Role summary

Visit service users in their own homes and help them live independently with compassion and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled home visits across a defined route
• Support personal care, medication prompting, and meal prep
• Maintain accurate electronic records
• Build trusted relationships with service users

• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
• Caring, empathetic manner
• Flexible availability across mornings, evenings, weekends
